If you place an order from our website for delivery outside the UK, they might be liable to import duties and charges which are required to be paid when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You, as the customer of iOLa & eFFi Ltd., take full responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that iOLa & eFFi Ltd. have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
A full tracking service is available when a postage option with tracking is chosen. As soon as the courier tracking number is available we will send it through to the same address as the order confirmation email. It can sometimes take half a day for the status to update.
iOLa & eFFi Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen delivery, if the tracking number confirms the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Any item displaying the icon above, is part of our dropshipping products. This
means is a supply chain management method in which the retailer (in this case iOLa & eFFi Ltd.) does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers the customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer.
You as a customer can cancel an order at any time before such order is fulfilled, except in cases where the such order is marked as “in processing” in our website. Fulfilment occurs and order is shipped when the Supplier has provided a tracking number for the order showing the first checkpoint in the shipping process has occurred.
All our drop shipping items are sent from the Supplier via e-packet, which is a fully
trackable system, so you can always check the status of your order.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
We do our best to make you happy but, if you aren’t, do not worry. Please email us at email@example.com and clearly state your reason for returning your product(s) and if you prefer a refund or an exchange. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL. You will need to pay the costs of returning the product to us and obtain proof of postage from your Post Office, you will need this should there be any problem with the parcel coming back to us*.
Whilst we have always endeavored to make and deliver the perfect product, because of our small batch and hand printed methods, there are sometimes small imperfections in our clothing products. These perfectly imperfect particulars are not acceptable reasons for returns.
When products must be returned, they should be in their original condition, meaning unworn and unwashed items with any tags attached. We may reduce any refund due to you to reflect a reduction in the value of the product. Returns are accepted within 20 days of the date of dispatch. The date of dispatch is displayed on the invoice contained in your confirmation email.
* Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us or for delays in your return reaching our warehouse. We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.
We are unable to accept the return any of the following items: (i) swimwear; (ii) underwear; (iii) earrings; (iv) hair accessories or (v) toiletries, due to health and hygiene reasons.
The products you receive may vary slightly in colour from the images on your screen. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns using this as a cause. The images of products shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the actual colours of our products.
Please follow the return procedures above and place a new order for a different size.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
If you have purchased products as part of an offer or discount, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any failure to meet the original requirements for the offer or discount as a result of returning the product;
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by us to process your refund, this maybe longer during busy sale periods.
